It seems the potential buyer for the Crocodile Cafe, Groupee Venues, withdrew their liquor license application earlier this week. Formerly Infopop Corporation, Groupee applied for the venue's license a few weeks after the historic venue closed on December 15th. Although the company never directly confirmed or denied their interest in re-opening the venue, this new turn of events suggests that the deal has fallen through.
