Vera brings the bacon
the Vera Project brings the bacon
In order of appearance:
~Triclops~ If you had just eaten a sandwich full of psychedelic mushrooms, you could have mistaken this band for Rage Against the Machine. http://www.myspace.com/triclopsband
~Feral Children~ the Feral Children made me feel like I was riding through the jungle on a train. in a good way. there were two drum kits (and players) and one kit consisted of a keg. I dug the dual kits and the synthesizer more than the vocals. this band had me at "keg". http://www.myspace.com/feralchildrenseattle
~Coconut Coolouts~ the Coconut Coolouts brought the party.. and a piñata to boot. The lead singer wore shades and reminded me of Question Mark (of ? & the Mysterians). His dance moves were right on, too. I’m feelin’ this punk Ventures. http://www.myspace.com/coconutcoolouts
~The Old Haunts~ maybe it's 'cause I strongly dislike Olympia, but I was not getting into the grooves of this band.. everyone else was though. http://www.myspace.com/theoldhaunts
the Children and Coolouts were the jams. like candy sandwiched between two turds.
