TING TINGS - A show I am actually excited about!!
When I was recently in the UK (yes, I know, I AM SO BECOMING that kid that is soooo "that time at Band camp!!), I found about 10 new bands that I just FELL IN LOVE WITH. Why oh why, I do not know, almost all of them COME FROM MANCHESTER, UK, home of the two greatest bands of all time, der, The Smiths and Joy Division (and, I must say, some of the hottest guys, best architecture, greatest graf artists at work today, and sexiest accents- SHUT UP TRAVANTI!!).
One band that I just swooned over was THE TING TINGS. Adorable Andy Warhol colorful video, hooky song, and THEY ARE PLAYING TONIGHT AT THE RICKSHAW!!! Come support these little sweet things, come hug my dear pals Omar and Aaron who are DJing, and keep bringing great new music to our beautiful city, and give me a smack on the bum.
