so i'm in a big predicament right now. i am struggling with keeping my weight up, and there are huge consequences. if i don't get it up i won't be able to work any more, at any of my three jobs. I also won't be able to go on my week-long trip to NYC.

But, what scares me the most is never being able to run again and not being able to go to college, which is where i am right now. my parents are saying that currently i am not bound for college, not bound for my early admit pratt spot or my major scholarship that i've worked twelve and a half years for. it means i'll have to put off my dream of becoming an architect, of living in NYC, of being off on my own, starting my own life. this scares the shit out of me. i don't know what to do, i try to eat better, eat more, but it's not nearly as easy as it sounds. and it's all backed up by several MD's and RD's who only make it more difficult for me.

I want to be able to get out, study architecture, live in NYC... but i'm honestly not sure how that is going to happen with all the restraints i have on me right now. it feels like i can't control anything in my life, like i don't have a say in what happens to me or what i end up doing.

i think i need some refreshing music and a friend to talk to for hours

but what do i know, right?

o my new job is pretty sweet. we get treated like real people (very rare) except of course by some of the other teenage girls (very common), and we get payed generously (also very rare)...///
i help out little old ladies picking out stuff for their granddaughters, daughters, or themselves, and usually people are quite nice and understanding even if i can't fully help them.
so the other day it was really slow, the store was closing soon and we had about one person sort of looking through some stuff. i decided to ask her if she needed help.... why not, right? so, it turned out she actually did want help, finding "a flirty top" so i helped her look around and she picked out a few things, and wondered over to the super expensive department right next door, and i tagged along. she picked out a few more things and then i led her into the fitting rooms.

she was very quiet but nice and polite. she ended up spending $400! $200 of which was on a diamond-encrusted (?) ed hardy hoodie. we were talking and my co-worker came over (it takes forever to ring everything up) she said her boyfriend was breaking up with his wife, who stalks her on myspace (i'm thinking, how old are these people that they still have myspaces? anyway....) she was telling us about her awkward experience with myspace and we were saying how some people can figure out who visits there page or something, and then she was like, well it's so annoying because my last name ends in an R and so does his, but she thinks i've already adopted his name... yadayadayada, and then well, you know, Jerry Rice, see we both have R last names.

we finish up the sale and she leaves, Jerry Rice!!!!! She was Jerry Rice's girlfriend!! haha and he's leaving his wife for her!! crazy. she was totally passe about it too, like it was no big deal. i guess that's stanford shopping centre for you!

anyway, i thought that that was pretty funny...

so it's all over:
i've taken the SAT's
i've applied to colleges
i graduated
i heard from three of my four schools, and got into them all
i got a job (come visit me at stanford nordstrom bp!)
i pretty much know where i'm going to college
and

i have a whole nine months off

so exciting to have all of this going on right now, it's really unbelievable, really. thanks to everyone who's helped me get here, too, otherwise i might have a list have that size.

anyway, life is good (knock on wood XXX)

hopefully i'll be able to come back to fuzz and visit a little more, but sorry nordstrom actually pays me... hehe

so, yay! all's good for me!

long time since i've been on fuzz!!! i've been super busy with my last semester soon to be last quarter!!!) of high school, ever!! that also entails SAT's, SAT2's, college apps, etc... gross. so, lately, no time for fuzz, except the occasional quick look-see around the site plus a trip up on sunday.
not terribly interesting, i'm sorry, but that's the life right now.

so, cross country season has started and i have my first race today!
it's a simple little course at westmoor high school, a 2.2mile loopty-loop.
we need some fans! come out and cheer for me and my fellow menlo-atherton bears! (not that i'm very school-spirited, i left as soon as possible, but still, come out!)

since working at fuzz and with the droids, i've started saying and thinking rad...
maybe it's just because of the people i've been hanging out with, they all use it. but, i think it's really because it's just such an awesome word, and it can be used for anything.
well, i wanted to show you some rad pics, but i can't figure it out...
i forgot the most important use of "rad," as most often heard from ryan... "fuckin' rad"
