I can't remember ever feeling less enthusiastic about a Live105 BFD (see Live105's homepage). It's like they're trying to be more like the Warped Tour. Unlike past years, there's no main stage, no seating, etc. At least the tickets are super cheap at $10.53 apiece, but I'm still not excited about it.

Actually, I'm more excited about the local stage than I am the main festival stage. I know all eight bands and like most of them. If I went, I'd probably spend more time partying with the local bands.

^ haha, on me as in spilled on me maybe... i'll be too poor to buy drinks for myself or anyone else after paying for my car's expensive gas-drinking appetite on the way down.

Must be his giant "charming personality". (And by "charming personality", I mean "specimen of masculinity"... not that I would know.)

I agree with what you said about BFD. I'm going, but only to see the local bands. Oh, and Moby & MGMT. I'm probably going to spend more in gas and "convenience charges" than on the actual ticket though.

I went to that one, too... it was an awesome one. I had seats in Section 102, row S... dead center... so near the back of the lower searing area, but centered. Awesome for sound. Dave Grohl did that walking on the railing near the box seats and was like 10 feet away from me. :)
