So it's clear these things are called CD Box Sets.

Now what's the insider- or professional word for the box that contains the CDs? Of course we normally would say "box" or "carton". But when I enter stuff like "CD Box" or "CD carton" in google, all it gives me are either these slimcase / jewelbox thingies, or bigger boxes where people put in their 30 pieces CD collection.

I need to buy these boxes because I'm producing a CD sampler, albeit in a small number, hence I cannot afford to go to a printer and tell him "get me those boxes that contain box sets". I don't even wanna print on them, just the boxes.

This guy actually considers himself very talented and will try to take part in competitions like American Idol and everybody will be laughing about him. He already feels special, with the head in the clouds. That's the worst approach!

He has an excellent knowledge of Brazilian underground rap and similar styles. Not that I know more about this scene than that I love this gorgeous music, but that's sufficient for me to recommend to anyone to follow this guy's musical taste.

It shows the most embarrasing casting candidates of Germany's equivalent to "American Idol".
Though I must admit I had to laugh myself, I wonder if this is taking things too far. Not that I think these guys will retain any traumata or harm from taking part in corporate TV making fun of them, they obviously enjoy being stars for a day. Some of them even got recording contracts.
What leaves an unwell feeling with me though is that big corporate entities like this TV company can reign over peoples' lifes so unimpaired.

But it would also be useful for easier content which still is designed for continous pursuit, whether it's someone publishing photographs of their kitten growing up to a cat, or topics which need careful development over a longer period of time, e.g. discussing recording contract constructions.
