blog FUZZ musical ?!

Hey you underground freaks, what about having a big collaboration to write a FUZZ musical?
Like users (writers, musicians, whoever) thinking up a plot, different musicians writing very different types of songs and non-musicians helping with the lyrics.
As Fuzz includes such a broad range of people the plot could encompass an equally broad range of experiences in society and hence could reach the emotions of many different kinds of people.
IF it's good!
Surely there's something true in the saying "Too many cooks spoil the broth", but such difficulties could be overcome if there's enough broad-mindedness and not-begrudging-others'-better-ideas spirit involved.
If things get too diverse we could split it and simply write two musicals ;-)

But not dat it becum a myspace musical! But the idea is cool, e.g. it could be about an engaged couple, one of them being a personal assistant of let's say one of Robert Mirnoch's web community "high-pace" 's top managers, and the other being software programmer at a cool San Franciscan online community of the name "popchaos".
They don't know that deep in Kansas City there is an aspiring young hip hop genius and his friend, a young punk, who compete about who produces the best songs about what they fantasize the life behind these online communities would be like, thinking up strange lyrics like "glimmer glammer spam and ad-ridden fake world of bubble gum smacking whores of hollywood types spamming their left nut to get seen".

Btw isn't this song title you mention "Several species of..." something by Pink Floyd. I seem to vaguely remember them having had sth. like that on one of their LPs?!

Oh, the "glimmer glammer" thing of course only can be used if it's inventor Beradley is ready to contribute it.

Not sure I understand what you say, but as far as I'm concerned I'm just fooling around with some ideas.

Well can you sing? My questions re MGTF have not been answered yet. Of course, if you play me, you don't have to be able to sing, as I can't sing. But the musical should include more exciting characters than me, what about The3rdStreetButcher or nixe?

I did not mention you as the Fuzz policy does not allow to directly tell persons they are "exciting characters". This would not comply with the terms of use as defined by the independent board of lawyers acting on behalf of Fuzz Inc.

Actually I personally know only a few musicals from hearing, not seeing them, that's The Sound of Music, My fair lady and Hair. The only one I saw was Starlight Express. I like all of those a lot, but I can imagine there are some I won't like. I'm pretty sure that I won't like "Cats" or "Abba the Musical". I don't know the ones you mention.
By "Fuzz musical" I did not necessarily mean it should be a musical about Fuzz (we would need their agreement anyway), but something created by users from Fuzz (not forbidding externals though, but it would be difficult to communicate). It could be about a kangaroo and a dog falling in love in New Zealand. It's cool though if authors know the places they write about, then it will be authentic, so instead of kangaroos and dogs it could indeed be about online communities and website companies. In the end it will depend on what will be the best idea. Who will decide about it? Everyone involved in the project (if it will be a project and not only a blog discussion).
