For 17 years, the Noisettes have been doing fascinating things under the radar of Seattle's music scene. It's time to blow the cobwebs of obscurity off their unique, antiquely futuristic sounds. To be specific about it, Horst named his industrial/ambient "solo act with occasional guests" The Noisettes in 1990. About four years ago, Horst, 42, learned a new United Kingdom rock band had named their group the same thing.
