So there's this band all the way from Wichita, KS (MY hometown!) that is playing a Stork Club (Oakland) show on January 9th. They are Black Gasoline. Unfortunately, they are not yet on fuzz, but you can find them on the other "it shall not be named" popular site that has music and people. I would classify them as straight up pure and simple stoner rock. Sort of like a bad ass southern hard rock. Anyway, if you are like them or if you just like them, then message me...
Why i ask why? no I do not drink bud dry. barf. So I am the most sociable person out there, yet I find it hard to make long term friends as I get older. Anybody know the reason to this? It's completely in my control.....but what do you say? Hello. I find you interesting and likeable. Do you want to have a slumber party? dork. cheers and beers, JJ
Anybody like Concrete Blonde? I sure in the hell hope you do. Anyway, CB broke up a while back, but Johnette Napolitano has solo projects and side projects (Catfish Scar). She just released a solo album called "Scarred" last Tuesday 05292007. Again, blown away. I've always found her voice and guitar playing quite amazing. Her lyrics and songwriting are just absolutely fantastic! At any rate, if you like her stuff, then go buy her album. It's in heavy rotation with Justin...

'ANTI' is up, the new single from my much anticipated upcoming all acoustic album ' tales from a Scorpio's stinger ' . Let me know what you think. Jostel. I record, play, and produce everything you hear on my sight. I will be getting it mastered with completion of cd. Until then this is me, raw and true. Much love Jostel Hason p.s. nobody sounds like this, a new sound is HERE!

...and it only took you 6 months to try a "Cameron" (maker's and homemade ginger ale). Very proud of you, kid! But you have to have one at the Graduate. Something tells me that the Kona Klub's concoction (konkoktion?) just doesn't cut it...

for interchangeable lens cameras, I would start with a used Canon Rebel or Rebel XT ($300-500 for the body + kit lens) and throw in a nifty fifty ($80 50mm f/1.8 prime lens) for music shots. You'll have a hard time finding a point-and-shoot that lets you change out lenses.

I hadn't seen burnblue.com, but I'm a huge long-time fan of lost america. I've tried doing some nighttime light painting, but my technique isn't quite there yet.
