Trying to reproduce functionality from http://www.fuzz.com/singleFile from this blog post. In theory it should be simple - just create a link of the form http://blip.fm/home?q=searchstring , where searchstring should contain %20 instead of spaces (that is the string should be escaped - all special symbols replaced). Let's try Blip this It's working! Showing 3 records to select from. But the problem is that you need to know that blip.fm will be able to find your selection...
