i still rock their self-titled album - and i'll do it now, because it's a good idea for a slow weekend wakeup. their soul- and fusion-tinged funk hits just the right midtempo groove without being sleepy.
I worked with N'Dea on her solo album at V2 Records. She was, too put it politely, insanely difficult. I'm not surprised her and the BNH's broke apart.
Good voice though. I still rock a remix of her and Mos Def from back in the day.
Just picked up their latest disc entitled "Get Used To It" from a bin at Rasputin. Twas' released in 2006, so I believe they are still playing together. Sound is still reminiscent of their earlier work.
