Bio
Drummer/Percussionist/Recording engineer and co-owner of an Indie Label, Cousins of the Water Productions. Cousins of the Water specializes in producing aspiring serious musicians, artist/song development, development deals and producing radio quality musical product. We have developed our business model to treat artists fairly and protect their copyrights.

Cousins of the Water is actually a literal translation of our last name as deciphered by none other than John McLaughlin of the Mahavishna Orchestra fame. My brother David and he were both at the International Jazz Festival and spent several hours together. During those conversations Mr McLaughlin (who is fluent in five languages besides guitar!) came up with that definition.

David thought it would be a good name for a label, so here we are.

ARTIST: Gibson's are great, but didn't you come up here because this guitar sounded so good? FAN: Sure, but don't have to play a Gibson to...

Greetings new friend, Glad you read that long comment I posted on TCC's blog... I like what you said here = " So the real 'talent' that one is born with is the passion and persistance to excel" - right on man very true. Perhaps being a determined and somewhat stubborn Taurus doesn't hurt either... :>) Good to meet you.. Cheers!
