There on the pendant boughs her coronet weeds
Clamb'ring to hang, an envious sliver broke,
When down her weedy trophies and herself
Fell in the weeping brook. Her clothes spread wide
And, mermaid-like, awhile they bore her up;
Which time she chaunted snatches of old tunes,
As one incapable of her own distress,
Or like a creature native and indued
Unto that element; but long it could not be
Till that her garments, heavy with their drink,
Pull'd the poor wretch from her melodious lay
To muddy death.

Hi Bethany

Thanks for adding Lyden Moon to your favorites list. At first take I didn't think (looking at your genre list) would like what we were trying to do it delights me that I was wrong.
Peace

Hi, hey thanks for favoriting my band - especially since it's been defunct for years! It is always great to see that people remember us. Wish I were in Texas - could use a break from the snow! Take care.

I think death embraces us all and be it so melodious and gentle as your song. Welcome to this wonderful place.
