Hey Traci, thats super cool that you purchased the Airbrush Tattoo Turn Key System and to find the nearest place to fill up your CO2 tank visit our website TRIBALINKPRODUCTS.COM and on the bottom of our website you will see a link where you can visit and enter your area code to locate a distributor near you. Also for diluting your airbrush tattoo paint all you need to do is pour equal amount of airbrush tattoo paint and 90% rubbing alcohol in an 1 oz airbrush spray bottle and shake.
