Hello! My name is Chris. I'm the better half of DifferentStars. Although I love music I was never able to learn how to play an instrument. I am a sheer consumer of music. I love all sorts of art and I wish I can promote and support those here on fuzz who have the talent creating beautiful pieces of art.
My favorite artists are (in somewhat chronological order): Perotin, Robert Schumann, Johnny Cash, Nina Simone, Philip Glass, Arvo Pärt,Joni Mitchell, Bruce Springsteen, Mazzy Star, Mark Kozelek, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Bonobo, Trespassers William.

I always thought a lot of what's called melancholy was about escape. I don't think people like sad music - they like the bliss that comes after listening to sad music. - David Roback

You need to shout these days, ballyhoo everywhere. Some call it marketing, some consider it noise. If you don't take part in this, you often stay below the perception threshold. Let's put a few quiet artists in the spotlight once and for all. Artists who deserve more attention! Pablo Diccie is an outstanding Post-rock band. Beautiful melodies, nice changes of pace. People who like Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Mono and Explosions in the Sky will love them. Brilliant! Radia offers...
Recently I decided to stop feeling sorry for those artists who are not signed by a label. I have no pity on those who fail to accomplish earning money by selling their CDs. They are natural born losers. Evolution tells us that only the smart ones or the tough ones will survive. So if artists with their heads in the clouds have absolutely no idea about how to promote themselves, they are doomed. This is evolution. If you want to help those poor creatures, they usually hide themselves or play...
I've learned 3 things while surfing the web in the past few years. First of all: 99% of all men have an erectile dysfunction, otherwise the whole Viagra spam would not happen. 2. For almost everybody there's nothing better after a bad day to let off steam on the internet by calling people bitches, idiots... And last but not least number 3: Check us out means Better run fast! Examples which proves my last statement: http://evenme.fuzz.com/ http://maddentheband.fuzz.com/ Oh...

Hey thanks for the comment that you left on our band page. We really appreciate you taking the time to tell us what you think, and it's that sort of awesome encouragement that really rewards us for what we do.

Glad you like the tunes. More to come in the not so distant future.

Thanks for the comments and the favorite. I sometimes lose focus on my musical career, I don't get as much feedback as I'd really like on my music so I have no clue what the general public thinks. I know creating music is for myself, but it is nice to see people enjoying what I'm creating.
