Shara

Shara is based in New York, and works for Fuzz. After working in the Fashion industry and at a start-up Internet company, she decided that she did not want to follow a traditional career path. Instead she wanted to actively pursue a career in an industry she loved: MUSIC. After accumulating experience in the A & R department of a traditional label and at a music publishing firm in NYC, she realized that the music industry was changing. Because of her past IT company experience, she also realized very quickly the advantages of the digital music industry and jumped at the chance to work in Fuzz's management department. Shara feels that she is finally getting to participate in the type of industry experience she always envisioned; one where music is diversified and new artists have an open platform upon which to be heard!!!!! Shara's musical interests encompass all genres of music, so you may be a little surprised at some of her playlists. Her favorite artists include Metric, Clap Your Hands and Say Yeah, Joseph Arthur, Counting Crows, Joan Osborne, The Fugees, Dungen, The Spinto Band, Radio Head, Coldplay....
