Hello and I guess I can say goodbye. I knew that I would soon end my account here at fuzz because of where the site is going and has gone. I do want to say thanks to all of you who have stopped by and listened, commented, and purchased my music.
There are a great deal of good artist here who I hope will continue to make good music. I am
very happy to say that some great options have opened for me. I will stay in contact with
those of you who I have befriended. So in the next two weeks I will be taking off all of my music.
Once again Thanks so much to all of you and I wish
the best to all of my friends here. BEST WISHES........... SPACE BOY

SPACE BOY, I would be very sorry to see you go. I hope that you will continue to be an active participant. You have added immensely to this evolving community with your music and your energy. Allow me to try to get you to change your mind.
In spite of its challenges, I view this site (being in essence a microcosm of the world) as a place to embrace with boundless ambition for all that is good and true in art and its potential. It is an open platform that anyone with access to a network node can explore and, as one wishes, to sign on to use as an active, semi-active, or still largely passive and quiet observer. Thus, the site has as many nooks and crannies and voices as the mind of man can imagine, reflecting both the best of our sensibilities as well as our foibles. In a diverse marketplace of ideas and expression, the space that each of us creates in the community will be up to us as individuals establishing our own network connections and "networks within networks". (Actually, I think the platform tools already exist to make the site as inclusive or exclusive as each person determines is optimal for his/her desire and expectation.) I for one have found it a privilege to include you as part of my circle of network connections on this platform of discovery.
There is no entry ticket to purchase or prerequisite for participation at fuzz - nor should there be, except a broad sense of civility which is already, in my view, the over-riding and distinctive quality of this place. Moreover, I have found in my experience as individual two-way network connections are established and strengthened (as opposed to undifferentiated one-way broadcast communications), civil discourse reaches new heights enriched by substantive interaction.
As I understand from fuzz management's aspirations and what is in the pipeline, it is early days in the technological development of the site, as well as in its defining "culture" [such as it may be said to have one as the community and its diverse sectors evolve with the world around us].
I hope you decide to stay with us at fuzz and give serendipity a chance to work her wonders. I believe each of us can carve out of this flexible platform our own sense of place to extend our art and humanity.
If you decide to leave us for awhile, please swing back from time to time to check out how the multiple levels of community grow. My own sense is that this rapidly growing network and myriad "sub-networks" will in larger measure reflect the best of us rather than what displeases.
In the meantime, my best to you. TCC
I speculate that this also could have to do with spammers topping the charts while real talents like you are kicked off the top by those spam-kings.
Anyway it's always good if people do not spend too much time online. Real life can be so much more of an inspiration.
So I hope you are not as serious about kissing us goodbye as your words imply ;-)
all the best to you,
B.
