Coming from anyone other than Jimmy Urine, I would cringe. However, since he has BEEN an asshole ever since Tight came out, and it remains to this day part of his charm, I couldn't help but smile when he screamed that at the MSI concert last night.
Which, for all you poor souls who were not there to witness it yourselves, was FUCKING. BADASS.
I generally try to be as PC as possible, but in Jimmy's presence, you get the urge to be as loud, obnoxious, and insulting as you can. You want to dance, jump, laugh, spit on the guy next to you in the pit. Who cares if its a 220 pound, half naked bear of a man? He'll probably give you a high five.
This was my second time seeing MSI, and I sincerely hope it isn't the last time, by faaaar. They are one of the only bands who you can REALLY mosh to for one song, then instantly switch to shaking your ass and bumping and grinding for the next song. Jimmy knows how to work the crowd like no other (seriously, who else could demand 20 bucks before playing the next song and actually get it?), and the rest of the band delivers just as much. (Lyn-Z is DEF my lez crush.)
The Birthday Massacre was pretty rad as well. Definitely one of the collectively hottest bands I've ever seen.
All in all it was a spectacular show, and that 10 year old kid who jumped onstage with MSI and screamed "FUCK YEAH!" is my new hero.

This was my second time seeing them too! I saw them before at Projekt Revolution. Amazing!
My cousin is obsessed with them and I promised her me and my bf would take her, but we never got tix in advance and the fucker sold out! So we bought tix at the door from shadies for 50 each and 35. So....$135 later....MSI!
They were great. Steve lost weight!!!!
