Fuzz's SXSW Improvisational Networking and Rock Deluge Extravaganza 2007

It's 3:22am in Austin, TX and about an hour ago I was onstage singing "This Land is Your Land" with my high school buddy Tom Morello and the wonderful Queen V. Check her out at www.queenv.com--she is the real deal--and tell her to get on Fuzz! That was totally sweet of her to ask me up. I can't believe anyone in the audience even remembered me--it was definitely a moment for a 40-year old Mom.

This has been a great week for Fuzz and a great week for all of us Fuzz staffers who went to SXSW. We ran into old friends, hooked with new ones, learned a lot and got to spread our belief in Fuzz.

Thanks to Abigail, Chris and Bill for making this week absolutely fabulous. And thanks to Tom's clan: Stephanie, Sweet D, Nuno, Queen V, kFigg and Dan for letting us be in all the right places at all the right times--and making sure we had the right wristbands!

Thanks to everyone back in the trenches in San Fran who made this site something to brag about.

Now, some sleep...

Chris told me about your performance - MAN I CAN'T F-ING BELIEVE I WASN'T THERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyway, I heard it was a blast and I'm glad to hear that things went so well!

Yeah, it was awesome! We had the BEST time! I was so proud of Maux up there on stage singing away with Tom (who absolutely adores Maux by the way...) and Queen V! What an incredible SXSW experience! Pictures to be sent out shortly...
