I also like all music and also the old school R&B you mention. But I like EVEN older school R&B too, like Bob & Earl (Harlem Shuffle still is in my all time top 3 or so) and Smokey Robinson & The Miracles.

You don't like the song "The Beautiful People?" The beat is infectous and the lyrics and messsage are powerful. I hope you can appreciate that track at least. I know his over-all "image" is tainted with anti-christianity but some of his songs are very honest.

for that reason I don't listen to him. But I do like a lot of the other artists you have listed as a favorite. I hope you had a good day at work. I had an ok day but we rolled with it.
