I had a computer melt down. The HD couldn't find the startup disk, so I brought it in and after the decision of not forking over almost six hundred dollars for memory recovery I take a three song loss. I couldn't in my heart pay that kind of money. They said it was mechanical, nothing I did. O.K. I hated to do it, but O.K. change the HD, I will write the songs better than before, right, right. So back to the drawing board with my new Mac free warranted HD complete with 10.5.2 upgrade...
