Gary E

Gary Edelburg started touring with an R&B group around the Midwest at the age of 15. After high school he did a stint on the West Coast appearing on a Smithsonian Blues and Folk Festival recording featuring Furry Lewis. Moving to NYC, Gary played in various rehearsal bands while studying with alto sax player Lee Konitz. Getting a scholarship to Boston's Berklee College of Music, he graduated with a degree in Jazz Composition. Gary has since moved back to the Midwest where he has written music for PBS documentaries and has lead several jazz/blues/R&B bands.This is his second album.
