From the watery soundscape of 'Angel of Mercy', which serves as an introductory piece, through the galloping legs of 'The lie' - which appears out of nowhere as a battle on horse back between, perhaps Trent Reznor and Dishwalla to the valley of grit that presents itself as the "Demotivator" and "73 Satellite" - a song in the flavor of very early STP or Alice in Chains with a Butthole Surfers edge (especially on 73 satellite)~ This band is severally influenced by the Jet City - at times it feels like I am drinking a coke with Cornell and watching Weiland roast hotdogs on a barbecue grill delivered by Gruntruck while the neighbors spin around on the lawn like the guitarist from Screaming Trees. 'Hide' presents itself as a Ska/Surf Punk/Garage band lo-fi, smacked around by an acoustically properized dat master. I fight back the urge to say "Oi". 'Distracted' reminds me of ska bar-bands. I want to say 311 but, there is an element missing...It's more than a 311 -ish sound, perhaps a cross between what Kreiger would have done with these very fat "jazzed" out guit-fiddles. 'I know' has Rob Thomas - Matchbox Twenty feel with more gravel in the vocals and more "fuzz" on the guitar. There is definitely an influence lurking underneath. 'Super Powers' true punk pop this song still has a Rob Thomas feel to it (vocally) or Rob Thomas singing some Seven Mary Three song. 'Look Me in The Eyes' is a well written grungey acoustic groove. It is a slow groove and a bit haphazard at times. The lyrics reach out to the listener as purposeful inquisition. It is a charming tune regardless of the context of the lyrics. It doesn't try too hard and accomplishes a warm ~ need to know. I can picture 'Grain' being played in the background of a "Gossip Girls" or "OC" preview, just before a fight scene. Cute and cuddley and distant until ~ BLAM it stumps and stupifies. I am not going to review the last five songs at this time...I get the idea that this band is capable of pulling off almost any sound. The material is culpable and marketable. As a recommendation, I can only offer making some material more rare than others. For instance, only posting 3 or 4 songs at a time and being extremely mindful of the recording quality match up between the songs being posted. However, having a fuzz page that exhibits 42,133 profile views and 45,238 song plays since Feb 7, 2008...is impressive. Perhaps, the fanbase follows them from Reverbnation, Garageband and the like.
But, this is just what I feel from it...you may get something completely different. You'll just have to listen.

The comments about profiles, well the band doesn't even have profiles! Only Rick's girlfriend and some friends. We believe in pushing mixtapes and our "sites" so that we can grow our fan base.
The proof is in our fuzz "dashboard" stats, most of our hits come from search engines. Like our music or not, if fuzz left us on the chats, DS would always be No.1 just from search traffic and mixtape plays from where ever.
