The Sables
The review I was referring to did disappear - but I meant it The Sables are great!!!

It was a response to DAMIS wake, cowardy and unqualified review of this wonderful band.

This is a wiki review - more content coming soon!!!

Just stole this quote from Beradley:

Lets get back to the important thing - this bands music. I love "Waiting For The Tide" and "Sunbeam". A great laid back melodic flowing vibe going on throughout this bands' music. I usually don't compare, but if one likes bands like ; The Brian Jonestown Massacre, The Warlocks, Jesus and Mary Chain, Mazzy Star, Stevenson Ranch Davidians...etc... then this band would as well be appealing to your senses. I do need to mention however that they definitely have their own stamp on this style of music at the same time though, which makes their sound pretty distinctive. Good recording quality too! Amen !

Why shouldn't the guy have his opinion? I have a different one, but he surely establishes it in a qualified manner. I don't know if he "hasn't the balls to allow comments", some people allow comments only from "friends" (technically: user links they "favorited"), so this might not have any significance. And why it should be "unbelievably dumb and insulting" to have a different opinion I don't understand.

I do believe it is unqualified if someone drags a band down with his review but doesn't allow others to leave a comment. This users has no friends (yet????) on Fuzz - so no one is allowed to leave a comment.

To call their wonderful music video "home made" is unqualified too. This guy def. has no idea of animation film and the silhouette animation art "silver sea" is referring to.

If this user was a longtime member of Fuzz I would react in a different way. But I do have the impression he (or she) did sign up only to leave a bad review.

The most interesting thing is: DAMIS didn't even listen to The Sables on Fuzz as you can see here! . Just a wannabe critic that masturbates on his own words with out giving a shit for the Fuzz community.

Maybe. Maybe not. We have to ask the Kommissar! Because he could have listened before logging in. Also it could have been an accidental comment in the sense, that he had just signed up and in order to try the function of commenting he chose the blog that happened to come along accidentally at that point of time when he for the first time logged in. Of course, IF this was a soap opera intrigue on his side, I criticize it too. But we cannot be sure about that.

Hey people - where is the review??
Am I being dense not being able to locate it? Can someone give me the link?
The singer in this band is my other half and I want to see what they've said, especially if people have been slagging her off!
Cheers

Well the bad review did vanish. Before I get paranoid I will stop to think about why this review got deleted!

Sorry to go on about this chaps but what did the review say about the singer (not the one on Baby You Don't Know or when Chris himself sings)
Cheers x

I do believe it is pretty pointless to discuss the content of the review that disappeared. Who ever deleted it did a good job! Why should anyone bother to pay attention now that it is gone?

Beradley is right: Lets get back to the important thing - this bands music
