I love exercise. I went to Olympic trials as a teen. BUT I NEVER CAN FIT IT IN (during the week). Weekends, I am at the beach, running, surfing, cardio blasting my ass off. Week days- I hate getting up in the morning to work out- I can barely get up to get to work (NOT A MORNING PERSON). If I could start my day at 10am, perfect! I have been like that ALWAYS. When I was training as a teen for the Olympic trials, my mother had to get me up my flipping on the light in my bedroom, and stripping off the sheets of my bed- EVERY DAY. After work, all I want to do is hang out with friends, collapse on the couch, or have a strong drink. Now I have two huge projects and a writing class that I have to go to post work- where does burning the lard fit in?

I need to get one of those "exercise" belts- burn as you sleep. I bet those work.....

i know wat u mean.. i used to be on the swim team in highschool, but that was like 5 years ago and i havent done anything cardio since.. i still try to weight train which i enjoy, but its so hard to find the time between school and work and all.. i dunno how people can spend hours in a gym, its just not possible
