i am 21 years old, have a 19 month old son, and i write all of my own music lyrics included, i live and grew up all over michigan! i try to write stuff that people can relate to, but mainly i write about what i know and what i experience!

Hi, the songs and especially the singing are great. I think though that these rock jazz pseudo-soulish rather "lame" arrangements don't suit your interesting song ideas and youthful vocals. Being an old white middle class square myself I surely have nothing against rock and jazz ;-) but what I think you would need is a cooperation with some half-aggressive half-joyful artists, best trained in hip hop and hardcore/punk alike, who of course also would need to be able to understand the romanticism and feelings in your songs.
