Bio
We are One Day Broken. We come from all different places in Pennsylvania. We formed in 2005 on the idea that metal is whatever we want it to be. We try not to really classify ourselves because if you like music at all, there is something in our music for you. Ranging from the happiest riffs you can possibly think of to the most rediculously heavy breakdowns known to man. One Day Broken is completly comprised of guys just trying to show the world that genres and classification only limits your audience. We play what sounds good requardless of how far we step out of our steriotypical genre. Music was made to make people feel good, not to make money. We will soon be releasing our demo (with a concept name being "Fall is Within"). This demo will (hopefully) be self produced. Our demo will consist of eleven songs (listed below). The eleven songs included in our demo show the range in genres while primarily sticking to the roots of some good old fashion metal... If you find yourself wanting to hear new music... take the thirty seconds required to give us a chance (let us know what you think)

As far as the guitar is concerned... WOW! My Jaw was dropping from the beginning of the Locust 'till the end of Bless The Fall. Your band has soo much variety yet it still seems to find a coomon theme. Most bands Dont know how to grab everyones attention and you guys really do. Every branch of music you delve into has a good feel almost like you guys were made to play each type of music.
Now for bass. Im not really sure how to start. Lets just say that you took the idea that bass is supposed to be ambiant and said fuck that shit. The bass in these songs adds another layer rather than emphasizing a layer that already exists. My hat goes off to you mister bassist. Keep it up
And now. The Drums. the styles for drums in each of these songs are very different, from a poppy how the fuck are ya feel to a punchy get the fuck out of my face feel and im digging it. in every possible aspect
Ill listen for you guys on the radio!!!
