Bio
Lunabelle was formed on January of 1995 in Miami, Florida.
The band was formed by friends, Danny Ashe and Matt B., after they both quit their previous one. It took many drummers and a few guitar players until they finally found the perfect line-up. The band recorded many demos, with all the different musicians who came and went, but their first official release, came in the fall of 2001, when they put out their Marionette EP. The EP was comprised of 7 songs plus an alternate version of the title track. Lunabelle went on to play a slew of shows all over Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Then in the spring of 2002, the double single of Marionette / Cascade was released. This was to coincide with a summer tour, which took them all over the East Coast, the Midwest and the South. They played such venues as CBGBs in NYC, The Velvet Lounge in DC, The Gipsy Tea Room in Dallas and The Elbo Room in Chicago. College radio all over the country began to play the double single, causing it to chart in many stations and hitting a few top 10 lists.
The band began 2003 in the recording studio with plans of releasing their debut full-length album. Unfortunately, the band began to disintegrate before the album could be finished. Lunabelle broke up in August of 2003.
This is most of the material we finished. Hope you enjoy it.

Thanks for uploading the Lunabelle songs. A great, but painful, story about Lunabelle's successes and break-up as a band. Long live Marqui Adora!
