FLitCH is :

Brad Rogers - guitars, bass, synths, keys, percussion, caffeine...

FLitCH is an instrumental rock band from the SF bay area CA, founded and maintained by me. So far I have written everything and play all the guitars, bass, keys, and synths, in the studio and then get some friends or hire studio musicians to play instruments that I don't like drums or saxophones, etc... Most of the drum tracks and all the engineering were done by my friend Chris Mayrena at his studio in SF. The newest song, "In The Now" features a different drummer named Tripp Dudley. FLitCH is now in the process of forming into a live band. The EP Bridging The Gap will be coming out very soon as well. Stay tuned for updates. Thanks in advance to anyone who stops by for a listen. Please come back and visit soon as me progresses into us...

- Brad

studio guys

Chris Mayrena - drums on all tracks except "In The Now", and is the current project engineer.

Tripp Dudley - drums and percussion on "In The Now"

Tobias Hawkins III - percussion on "Bridging The Gap"

Patrick Cress - played baritone saxophone on "The Embracement Of Bi Polar Tendencies"

Patrick Wehren - played an ancient "wall art" piano on "Finally I Found It"

"Bridging The Gap" contains a sample of Ted Glick (National coordinator for the U.S. Climate Emergency Council) speaking out and supplying hard evidence at a conference by the Climate Crisis Coalition, of which he is part of the The CCC Steering Committee, about The Bush Adminstration's blantant disreguard for and suppression of, very serious scientific fact and evidence that directly effects everyone on the planet and the planet itself. The permission to use this sample (at the end of that song) was given by Mr. Ted Glick himself and he encouraged the wide distribution of the song. Therefore I of course will do my best in doing so, and of course wanted to anyway.

Brand new FLitCH song called "In The Now", is up on the page and is ready and waiting to please your senses. It is currently available for download too, so come and get it. I had a lot of fun writing and recording this one, and it came out really good I think. It features a new drummer named Tripp Dudley from NYC. I met him on craigslist back in Feb. when he was visiting SF for a month. I was very lucky to get him to play on this, as he is a total bad ass, which is very evident on the...

I thought since you rocked out our tunes I'd come by and jam some Flitch! Glad you liked insomnia, that song was my slight tool influenced song, and oddly enough some of the jamz I hear of yours I hear a little bit of Tool influence somewhere in the deeper parts, right behind the Pink Floyd-ish influence... Thats Just some of what I hear.... Spread the love..
Peace Out

I'll be back when I have more time to really listen to all the songs
